All orders will be dispatched as soon as possible, subject to payment card authorization and stock availability.


- Standard Post - 8 to 25 Business Days A$9.95 or free on order over $99.
- Registered Post - 8 to 25 Working Days A$12.95 or A$3.00 if qualified for free shipping.
- Express Post* - 3 to 8 Business Days A$25.00 or free on order over $150.


*While we are happy to offer free express shipping on order AUD$150 to the vast majority of countries, we are unable to extend this offer to a small number of countries, which are Iceland, Kenya, Morocco, Saudi Arabia, South Africa.


For countries in South America and Mexico, it may take up to 6 - 8 weeks for delivery by standard post. If you need the products urgently, we can send by express post at your own cost. Please contact us and we would be happy to arrange this for you.


Deliveries outside of the Australia may be subject to import taxes and additional charges for which the customer is solely responsible.

Please note that if the order has already been dispatched, and cannot be recalled, the customer will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods. Please see our Returns Policy for details.

RETURNS

Marcuse is dedicated to offering the highest levels of quality and service. If for any reason you are unhappy with the goods you have purchased (including, on rare occasions, products that may be faulty, defective or incorrect) you may exchange or cancel your order and return the goods to us within 7 working days of delivery.

Items that are marked with 'discontinued' or 'reduced to clear' are NOT returnable, exchangable and refundable.

Customers are responsible for return postage costs, except in the event of faulty, defective or incorrect goods. When requesting a partial or full refund, other fees such as a handling fee may apply and will be deducted from your refund.

We ask that all goods being returned from within Australia be returned to us within 7 days. International returns should be shipped within 10 days.

All returned items must be in their original condition, unworn and unwashed with all labels attached. We reserve the right to refuse returns of items where it is apparent that these conditions have not been observed. Because men's underwear is an intimate item, whether they are worn or not, we are unable to accept returns.

All returned goods must be accompanied by:
- A copy of or the original invoice.
- Order number (if known), name, address, contact telephone number or email address, reason for return and details of refund or replacement required. Returned goods will not be accepted without this information.

All items being returned must be safely and securely packaged to avoid damage in transit. Marcuse will not accept an item for refund if it has been damaged in transit or otherwise.

Proof of postage is not proof of delivery; therefore we strongly recommend that you use recorded or special delivery when returning items to us, as we are unable to refund items which are lost in the post. All goods shall remain your responsibility until we receive them.

Exchanges are possible, but replacement items will only be dispatched after the returned goods have been received and undergone a quality control check. The first exchange will not incur a handling fee. However, if exchanging for a product with a greater value than the product being exchanged, the price difference will apply.

On sale items are non-refundable, however you may exchange them subject to availability.

For all refunds (excluding faulty, defective or incorrect products), a $7.95 handling fee per item will apply.

When returning part of an order for refund that was eligible for free standard or free express shipping, if the value of the goods not being exchanged falls below A$99 (Standard shipping) / A$150 (Express shipping) a $9.95 / $25 fee will apply.
